1. Enllava’s Role: Technological Intermediary, Not a Guarantor
Enllava is a technology marketplace designed to facilitate direct connections between sellers and buyers in the Dominican Republic. Enllava does not buy or sell assets on its own account, nor does it act as a dealership, real estate agency, bank, escrow agent, or notary public.
Listing an asset on Enllava does not mean Enllava is a partner, co-owner, legal representative, or guarantor of that seller or asset.
2. Specific Disclaimers by Vertical
All technical details visible on listing pages are provided directly by advertisers (individuals, auto dealers, or real estate agencies). Enllava establishes the following vertical-specific disclaimers:
Enllava DOES NOT certify the mechanical, engine, transmission, chassis, or electrical condition of listed vehicles. It does not warrant odometer accuracy or absence of prior accidents or flood damage.
Enllava DOES NOT automatically verify liens, DIGESETT fines, or DGII judicial oppositions. Buyers are strictly responsible for conducting an independent OBD2 computer scan, inspection with a certified mechanic, and physical title verification at the DGII prior to payment.
Enllava IS NOT an exclusive real estate brokerage nor a notary office. It does not certify the authenticity of Certificates of Title, cadastral demarcation plans, or municipal construction permits.
Buyers and tenants are solely responsible for investigating encumbrances, mortgages, and cadastral deslinde at the Land Registry (Jurisdicción Inmobiliaria), checking IPI tax standing at the DGII, and executing contracts with a licensed real estate attorney and Notary Public.
All financial data shown (asking prices, estimated monthly revenues, declared net profits, rent costs, and inventory) is provided directly by the seller under their sole responsibility.
Enllava DOES NOT audit official accounting books, DOES NOT continuously review DGII tax filings, DOES NOT certify cash flows, and DOES NOT guarantee future earnings or ROI. Buyers must verify commercial lease assignment and labor liabilities at the Ministry of Labor and TSS.
3. Independence of Private Transactions and Due Diligence
Any vehicle transfer, real estate closing, business transfer, or money deposit takes place directly and privately between buyer and seller outside the platform.
Users are strongly advised to perform comprehensive due diligence before transferring funds:
- Vehicles: Daytime inspection at a mechanical shop, OBD2 scan, and verification of title status and oppositions at the DGII.
- Properties: Verification of Certificate of Title and deslinde at the Land Registry, IPI tax clearance at DGII, and notarized contract.
- Businesses: Physical on-site visit during operating hours, commercial lease review with landlord transfer consent, RNC tax standing, and labor clearance.
- Professional Guidance: Work with a licensed Dominican attorney and qualified technical inspectors for contract drafting and formal execution.
4. Third-Party Channels and External Links
Enllava facilitates introductions via WhatsApp and phone. We are not responsible for telecom interruptions or private verbal agreements between parties once connected.
5. Notice and Takedown Procedure
Enllava is committed to preventing fraud and misleading listings. If you identify a fraudulent listing, altered odometer, forged title, or deceptive claim, report it immediately via WhatsApp or our report button.
Our team will review reports promptly and suspend or permanently remove fraudulent listings.
